At JD Photo 360°, we strive to deliver high-quality work and transparent service. Our refund and cancellation policy is as follows:

1. Cancellation by Client

• Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled shoot will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 3–6 days before the shoot will receive a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 3 days prior to the shoot are non-refundable.

2. Cancellation by JD Photo 360°

If we must cancel or reschedule a shoot due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you promptly and provide a full refund or offer a rescheduled date.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

• No refunds are provided after the shoot is completed and digital assets are delivered.
• No refunds for dissatisfaction arising from lack of clarity in initial instructions or brief.

4. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued for incomplete services if mutually agreed upon and reviewed by our team.
