JD Photo 360° provides product and jewelry photography, including 360° videography, model shoots, and other related services. All services are subject to availability and agreement upon scope, pricing, and timelines.
All bookings must be confirmed in advance. A confirmed booking requires a deposit or full payment as agreed upon. Shoot dates are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.
Clients must provide accurate details and ensure their products reach us in safe packaging. JD Photo 360° is not responsible for any damage incurred during transit to or from our studio.
Edited photos and videos will be delivered digitally within the mutually agreed timeframe. Raw files are not included unless explicitly agreed upon.
Clients receive non-exclusive rights to use the delivered photos and videos for their own commercial or promotional use. JD Photo 360° retains the right to use the content for our portfolio and marketing unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Minor revisions are included; however, additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
We maintain a professional environment. Any abusive or inappropriate behavior may result in termination of service without a refund.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of any changes.
